I want to return my Nudy, what do I do?

For all orders, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery date, please review our return policy for more information.

The product I purchased is defective or the wrong size, what should I do?

I was sent the wrong style or size, what should I do?

Can I exchange a product? 

On Canadian and international orders we currently do not offer exchanges. You can return your purchase within 30 days for a full credit and then re-order a replacement item.

I have taken the tags off my Nudy, can I still return it?

If you have taken the tags off your Nudy and have reason to return the product, please email us at customercare@nudypatooty.com for direction on your order

How do I return a gift?

If you have received a Nudy as a gift please contact us at customercare@nudypatooty.com for assistance with an exchange or refund.


What size should I order in my Nudy?

When purchasing your Nudy, it’s important to find the size that’s perfect for you. Our styles are true to size, however, they do have a snug fit. We recommend choosing a size based on your current wardrobe essential sizes (ie. The Gap, Lululemon and Club Monaco). Take a look at our size guide to find the perfect fit for you!

I’m in between sizes. What should I do?

Our size guide is designed to be used as a measurement guide, with a suggestion on best fit. If you’re between sizes, don’t sweat it! 

If you’re between sizes, don’t sweat it! Size up - Our Nudy’s are a snug fit, for best comfort, we suggest going for the larger of the two sizes to ensure that you will be comfortable and correctly protected in your undershirt.

I have a discount, but I forgot to apply it at checkout - can I still save?

Send us an email at customercare@nudypatooty.com with your Order #, name and the discount code you would like applying within 24hrs of placing your order.

The size/ style I want is out of stock, can I pre-order?

You can definitely pre-order any style! Click the link in the description of the item you want and it will lead you to the pre-order product page. Please note all pre-orders ship within 4-6 weeks.

What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?

All our prices are listed in CAD on the website and will be processed this way upon checkout. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, VISA Debit, Apple Pay and PayPal Payments. 


How long does shipping take?

We ship out all Standard Shipping Nudy Patooty orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For more information on shipping times please refer to our Shipping Page

What is my order status?

Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped and is on its way.
Partially Fulfilled: Only some items in your order have been shipped.
Pre-Order: If you place a pre-order for an item, please anticipate a 4-6 week delay in the shipping time.
Order Confirmation: Your order has been placed and our fulfillment team is working hard to package it up for you.

What is a pre-order and when will my order ship?

When you place a pre-order for an item, this means that at the time of ordering we did not have that item/ style in stock. A pre-order ensures that when we replenish the Nudy, your order will be a top priority of ours to fulfill and ensure you receive your pre-ordered Nudy. Most pre-orders have a delay of 4-6 weeks, however, as we are locally sourced and manufactured this can sometimes vary.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your item is fulfilled a tracking number will be included with your shipping confirmation email. If this is not the case, please contact us at customercare@nudypatooty.com for your tracking number.


Do you offer discounts?

We welcome all of our first-time customers with a 10% off discount when you join the Nudy Newsletter. This is also the best way to stay up to date on seasonal promotions and special offers throughout the year!

Where are your products made?

Nudy Patooty is manufactured in Toronto, Canada. The fabric is ethically sourced and produced and also made in Toronto, Canada.

Why do some products have Sweat-Secret™ Fabric Technology and others don’t?

Our Nudy Patooty undershirts feature the high-performance fabric in the underarm to help wick away sweat and dirt throughout the day and provide additional protection to your fashion layers. While our Nudy Patooty Basics feature the benefits of the Bamboo Fabric, helping to wick day to day sweat from the body and regulate the body temperature throughout the day.

How do I wash my Nudy?

For best results, we recommend you wash in cold water under a delicate cycle and hang to dry.

Do you have any other advice?

If you experience discomfort from night sweats, Nudy Patooty is a nice solution. The Bamboo material and Sweat Secret Fabric technology allows your body to breathe and feel fresh.
