Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it for a refund within 90 days. Please note that all marked down items are final sale.



Once your request for an exchange or refund has been approved by customer care, please ship the item(s) to NUMI Canada and include your completed Return Slip:

 *For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges Customers are required to cover return  shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.

When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us directly at customercare@wearnumi.com to arrange for product exchange.
