Holiday Return Policy
Please note that sale and discounted items purchased during our Black Friday promotion between November 23 to November 30 are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund but are eligible for an exchange. Our holiday promotions cannot be applied to purchases made prior to the sale period.
'Almost Perfect' undershirts are final sale and are not eligible for a return/refund or exchange.
All regular-priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions and please allow up to 14 business days for exchanges to be processed.
If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it for a refund within 90 days. Please note that all marked down items are final sale. Please send a request for an exchange or refund to email@example.com. For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges, customers are required to cover return shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.
When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
