Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it for a refund within 90 days. Please note that all marked down items are final sale.
Please send a request for an exchange or refund to firstname.lastname@example.org. For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges, customers are required to cover return shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.
When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for product exchange.
