Not what you had in mind?
We are happy to offer you an exchange for a different style or size, or a refund for your order of full price items. Please contact us at email@example.com for approval of your return.

SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK:
Once your request for an exchange or refund has been approved by customer care, please ship the item(s) to Nudy Patooty Canada as well as a completed Return Slip:

*For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges Customers are required to cover shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.
When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
Some important details:
- Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
- We also can’t accept returns purchased from other retailers besides www.nudypatooty.com.
- To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
- If you purchased your item on sale, we accept returns on sale items within 30 days however do not offer free returns. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return form to be completed and sent back with your goods.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 1 (855) 948-4333 or email@example.com. Our hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, but you can also leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
